Sephora Hacks

I recently learned about some cool Sephora hacks. I love to do make-up, and decided to check out the Sephora website, something I had never done before. I was not disappointed. You can find all their products easily there, try make-up on a photo of yourself, watch tutorials, and much more. It is definitely worth checking out.

While I was on the website, I found out about the “Beauty Insider”. It is basically a free club with a couple benefits, including a free birthday gift (which I thought was awesome, since this happened a week before my birthday). I decided to find more Sephora hacks, and there was a few that I want to share.

Hack 1

As previously stated become a Beauty Insider.

For every dollar you spend you get an “Insider Point” which can later be put towards getting free products. You also get a yearly birthday gift, which is super awesome. This year I got the GlamGlow package, which had a “nude glow” moisturizing foundation, and a cleanser. They both work really well and I love them.

Hack 2

Ask for samples.

Sephora offers free samples in all three “worlds”: color, fragrance, and skin. You can basically get a sample of anything, execpt mascara and eyeliner. It is said that they want you to leave with three samples, something you want, something you’ve never tried before, and something you love. All you have to do is ask for a sample of something and they’ll give it to you.

Hack 3

Free Makeovers

Sephora offers free 15 minute makeovers teaching you to do little things like a smoky-eye, applying false lashes, foundation, etc. You can also ask an employee for a “half-face”, and they will apply a half face of make-up for you, teaching you how to do it, then you apply the other half.

These are just a few of the little tips and tricks you can find at Sephora. They are worth checking out, and it’s a great way to get some free stuff.
